Sehr geehrte Frau R., herzlichen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Der Stollen wir per Hand frisch zubereitet und gebacken, dadurch kann es zu minimalen Schwankungen der Feuchtigkeit kommen. Je länger der Stollen gelagert wird, desto mehr kann er durchziehen und gewinnt hierbei an Feuchtigkeit und Geschmack. Frischer Stollen kann hier hingegen etwas trocken sein. Der Schokostollen ist nicht mit dem typischen Dresdner Stollen zu vergleichen, aber ist eine schöne Alternative wenn man keine Rosinen mag. Freundliche Grüße Ihr Team von Stollen aus Dresden
